Guys,I am going to dyno my new (single turbo) setup soon...
I am running a GT72 DBB turbo 0.70 A/R (PHR Stage 3) on a stock motor
with only 264 HKS cams and BC springs & retainers. Also have some
Greddy cam and underdrive pulleys along with an ATI crank pulley.
Fuel system up to four digit HP. 4'' down pipe/mid pipe and 3.15'
cat back exhaust. No cats. Manual transmission. AEM standalone.

My question is: how much HP should I expect to see on the dyno
pushing about 16 psi on 95 octane pump gas ?

And where should I put my redline on the AEM ? Stock is 6800 rpms...
7500 rpms or 8000 rpms?. My 72mm turbo is DBB, twin scroll with a
0.70 A/R hot side (Q trim) and is located on a devided HKS GT exhaust
manifold. I see full boost about 4500 rpms...
I am pointing this out cause when I am racing vs another car,and I
will upshift to the next gear usually afterthat I am going to be off boost...

OK
i would agree with every one... you should be some where in the 400s, why did you go 4" back to 3"? i would fix that and go back to 4" cuz i'm sure its gonna hurt your power

Sorry i must have missed it, but WHAT ENGINE? 1j or 2j? or 7M? doesn't list, only "stock engine".

With a 1j, id say around 370hp, and thats at %100 duty cycle on stock injectors.

On a 2j, i would say closer to 475 with your aem and a good tune + your cams.

Sorry about the engine spec: 2jz-gte engine...dual pumps,1000cc saturated injectors,Sard rail,APFR.

Now..about my cat back exhaust:
I had a full 3.15 (80mm) DP / MP and the existing 3.15 (80mm) Blitz cat back while I was BPU.
I went single turbo (GT72) and got a 4' DP / MP . I didn't want to go with another cat-back cause
the Blitz sounds fantasticaly...pure SEX! xaxa! And 2nd cause I was a little short on cash... Just finished
the single turbo project. And becuse any Good - High Performance 4" cat-back exhaust costs nearly $1K .

I never though that the 3.15 catback would cost me such a huge amount of HP....
I mean if I go to the dyno now and manage 450 whp , with the 4' catback will get me to 470 whp ??

No, you can make 700+hp with a 3" exhaust, dont worry. A 3->4" upgrade will give you nothing right now, except more noise.

Very clean swap man, love it!

In that case.... I would say very close, if not breaking the 500 RWHP.

I managed 470 at 18 psi on a 1j, 93 oct. fuel, with 2jz cams, stock ecu + safc neo, and a 70mm turbo!
