6M stock piston limitations

Little did I know I'd ate a ring the day before. #6 compression checks at 60psi.

350whp, 330 wtq on stock internals is only good for about 2 years (can't believe it's lasted that long).

BNR stg4 CT26, Megasquirt EMS v2.2, Spec stg3+, and pump gas on a so-so tune.

MMP test n tune - Volvos, VW 1.8t, Mkii Supra

i believe it's more the soso tune... i doubt it would go after that long.. they are tough engines...

the so-so tune was lacking in the timing area. it was a safe tune (the car's been turboed and abuse for the last three years, the first year i took it easy).

N/A pistons just weren't made for that kind of abuse

yeah who am i kidding i've never owned a 6m so ignore what i said

i have no first hand experiance but i was just shocked that a toyo couldn't handle it.
