650hp gtk or t-series?

I wanna make real 650 hp, on my complete built engine. But i dont know wich turbo i shuod take. The GTK650 from Turbonetics shoud be a good choice, but its very expencive. On driftmotion i saw the t-66. But in a lot of dyno sheets i saw t-66-setups with a lot of boost but "only" around 500-550hp. And there is my other question: The GTK650 has a T-66 compr. housing right? So then i think the GTK is not much better than a "normal" T-66?

Or do you have some other ideas?
