You're looking at an ebay junk pile aren't you?

Don't waste your time.

A true tdo4 is a small small turbo. A to4b or E can be as small as 42mm, wich is the same size as a stock CT-26.

Again, MAY I REPEAT MYSELF. Trim means nothing. You need to know the size of the wheel(s) in millimeters.

Real t-70s are non existant.

An ebay t 70 is more like a t-????

They have around 63.5mm comp wheels.

Stop wasting your time with the ebay chinese turbos and buy a real garrett unit.

Depends on your goals.

A 56mm compressor wheel will make up to 450/500 depending on how large the turbine and exhaust housing is.

You figure a sp67 (67mm comp wheel) is good to what around 700ish?

Great way to put it Jon!

Trim means nothing really. Its all about the sheer SIZE of the compressor/exhaust turbines....they are the ones that is pushed and well...pushing...

the bigger the blades ( at the right angle) the more air they can push ( fluid dynamics....I.E. air is like a fluid).

So if you have a small exhaust housing but with a big exhaust turbine....its going to spool very quick...just because the exhaust is being pushed into a smaller housing with speeds UP the exhaust that hits the turbine....the larger exhaust turbine ( like a bike wheel ) the further it travels....

get me?

Thats why some T3/T4 turbo's acutally OUT PREFORM T4/T04 turbos...

the spool charectoristics are what you REALLY are looking for in a turbo.

Well...if your looking for flat out top end power....thats a completely different ballgame

Just put it this way: ITS BIGGER THAN STOCK

Now there is really good advise. And sig material.

Maybe you need a TD06. Just about every turbo you change too will spool slower than stock. Differenc is, some are still pretty quick with response while having a broad powerband.

If you want to go super budget, look into a holset hx35 or hy35. It will provide great spool (3-3300rpms full song) and make up to 500hp.

Did I mention they are cheap?

where can i find one
