My clutch is destroyed. And im ordering a new one that i plan on putting in myself. I was wondering If i should get a 6 puck sprung clutchmasters or a full face disc. It will be daily driven. But right now the car has 550cc injectors, afm, bored out turbo set to 18psi, bored out oil galleys throughout the block and head, a lil bit lower compressoin, limited slip froma 92, 4 inch downpipe with straight exhaust with only one small cat, and i plan on putting a new intercooler with larger intercooler piping and a BOV on after i replace the clutch. Will the 6 puck sprung be too hard on my transmission? and will the full face slip under boost and hold up to the amount of power i want to push? thanks for the input

If it's a daily driver, I'd personally go with a full face. I had a 6 puck and although it grabbed like an SOB, I found it uncomfortable to use as a daily driver. I swapped mine out with a South Bend Stage 3 OFE (Feramic/Organic) clutch with Cryo treatment. I love it. It grabs and it's comfortable to use as a daily driver.

My full face feramic disc held up to 375+ whp so far no problem. It's a south bend stage 3 ofe feramic/organic disc as well.
I did just have to send the pressure plate back to South Bend because of a broken pressure plate strap. Hopefully they cover it under warranty, I'll find out tomorrow hopefully.

Im thinking about going with the 6 puck. Its 500 hp max where as the full face is 315hp max. plus its only 30 bucks more. Is it durable? How many miles do you think i could get out of it if i dont dog it out?

I heard that clutch masters clutchs were pretty good thats why i was gonna go with that one. the measurements and splines are the same as the one for my tranny.

Hmm... I've had my rounds with ebay clutches. Never again...

That second seller doesn't even have accurate info posted. 86-93!? Did 93's come with r154's?

Well i researched the eclutchmasters one and its definately not related to clutchmasters. But it got good reviews from all the people who got it. they say the pressure plate looks identical to an act one and the disc pulls strong and last long. I bout an Exedy clutch for 90 bucks of ebay for my other car and it was awesome. Im still gonna keep looking around though. I need to order one soon so i can get it here and get it in my car though.

Well, you've got some good recommendations so now it's just a matter of how much do you want to spend. :)

I'm currently running the ACT TS2-XTSS rated at 522 ftlbs of torque.
