Hi, Just before i post my question, i want to inform people here that i search for many many hours on the board to get an answer to my question without any result.

So here it is: I'm doing a headgasket job ( stock OEM )with ARP stud, a new timing belt and pulley, and many new gasket. The question is : Since i have the turbo out in my hand, I may have it upgraded to 57 trim from driftmotion. (550$ or something like that). I understand I will need to upgraded the fuel system too but dont really want to do it now since it will be an other 1000$ +. Is there any way i can use the 57trim with stock fuel system? Boosting a 10 PSI only. Will it help to get an SAFC2?
The current mod on the car are full 3 inch exaust, air intake,a boost controler and a Greddy BOV.

I have an other question that may sound stupid : Does a 57trim at 10PSI push more than a stock ct at 10PSI ??

I know i'm better upgrading the fuel system right now but i was not suppose to do any turbo rebuild at first. So dont let me know.

THANKS to everyone and sorry for my bad english...my first language is french.

Yes a 57 trim will push more are the a stock because of the larger compressor wheel. Psi is really a stuipid way to rate turbos actually. but a 57 will move more air.

At 10 PSI i think you will be fine with out an upgrade fuel system..BUT, i would get a wideband just to make sure. that is something you need to invest in if your getting a differant turbo. The if your A/F are off you can get the SAFC or Neo and see if you cand bring it down. But all in all, you will have to upgrade the fuel system to push more boost.

So basicly, get the upgrade while the turbo is out, and get a wide band too. That will be the best 200 dollar investment you make on this go around with the supra
