550s and and lexus afm emissions question

hey guys i just need some info on passing emissions with this setup. I have the rx7 turbo II 550s and a lexus afm and a afpr. is there anyway i can pass emissions with this on my car or do i need to put the stock afm and injectors back on.

Do you have catalytic converters on your car. You should have one on the downpipe and one about midway. If you do and get your air fuel ratio dialed in I don't see why not.

1. the AFPR will fail visual. So it has to go (most smog techs will not be able to pick out the lex and 550s, although technically illegal). Also hide any tuning device.
2. Your car should pass with the 550s and lex afm; as long as your vf readings indicate you are still in fuel control (in lower rpms mostly)

my wideband stays between 14.5 and 15.5 at idle and cruse do you think thats cool to pass. also i am not using any piggyback

it really depends on how strict they are on emissions.. here in pa its a tailpipe test if your hc , co, and nox are under control , i dont think they care what mods are on the car..

This is correct. The mods are technically not legal. They must be 49 state or 50 state legal to be changed from factory. But they will not hurt the car, and you should have no difference unless the car is not running right to begin with.
