i just thought i would also add to this post, i also have a Lipp Boss series turbo, stage 5 57 trim, 550s,lex, safc, wideband, fpr, 255walbro. i also have a fully built 7M. I absolutly love the lipp boss turbo, it has SOOOO much more top end power than an upgraded CT turbo does, its absolutly amazing.

At 18psi i made 370hp on the dyno, but then found out my timing was at 0!! lol, so i got my timing back up to 11* and that really gave me the power i was missing. big difference. so im positive iam now over the 400hp mark at around 18psi. About a week ago i was out on the interstate driving and i had my boost turned up more, i was hitting around 27psi and my tires would break loose and spin going 95mph.. i really need to dyno agian now that i have some timing and other issues fixed, iam also able to run more boost now. I would say 500hp is deffinetly attainable, im pretty sure if i were to dyno at 27psi on 110 race gas i would be right around 500hp. My car also runs pretty rich, even at high boost its rich and i have a decent amount of fuel taken out with the safc.

fuel is 110 leaded? psi is what 27+? your power levels are imho above and beyond what most might get from regular 93, WAY above. awesome numbers HELL yes, would you daily it with the price you pay for fuel?
dont mean to be a dick, i like solid pump gas numbers when i shoot for hp #'s. Nothing like knowing your out of gas and its 9pm and only option is 93 octane....
local speed shop sells all the race fuels at a hefty price....

HUGE difference in something that's been tweaked to get the biggest possible number in a controlled environment of a dyno to something that can actually be driven on the streets... :nono:

i daily drive my supra yes, on the dyno i ran 18psi with 110 leaded turbo blue race gas. when i ran 27psi i was on the interstate. so i dont konw what the power range for that would be.lol it was absolutly rediculous though.

but i dont got over 20psi unless i have race gas in the car. and i dont go driving around boosting all the time either, i drive it conservatively. The best thing i'v ever done with the car was put the brand new Built motor in, get a very reliable turbo, and got it tuned. The car has been driving very reliably ever since i got all that done. absolutly no problems. its nice to not have to pop the hood and work on somthing everywhere i go now :) not to mention it drives like a new car! lol

Nice car man, do you recirculate the air of your BOV or vent to atmosph ???

What kind of BOV do you have ? i'm still making up my mind :nono: there is so many choises of BOV on the market.

Is there like a optimal size for 10psi or 20psi or can it do both with no probleme ???

Thanks for your suggestions.

The HKS SSQV is such a good BOV, it is loud, and the special edition black one is SEXY!!! Now I have the new Tial Q BOV and I really like it! It is the quietest BOV that I have ever heard! Which I love! I have the blue one and it looks great and matches my couplers and car.

I'll let you know how close I get, I'm going to dyno the car very soon. I have almost all the same mods as Suprafanatic. Last time I dyno'd was with 17psi and on a Mustang dyno with old ass 93 gas I got 372rwhp and 373rwtq. On a dynojet it would've been about 10-15% more, so that would put me about the 407-420rwhp range on a dynojet. I've got a new IC and piping set up and will dynoing with some 110 and 25psi and see where it takes me.

ya, the problem that threw my numbers off was the fact that my timing was at 0* lol.. its said for every 1 * of timing its roughly 10hp and i was off by 10* I got that fixed and its a completly different car now. easily in the mid 400s at about 18psi now.
