"Are You Smarter Than A Fifth Grader"....

I don't watch much T.V. except for Discovery Channel and South Park, but I caught "Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader" and holy shit game shows have gone down hill.

The guy just got half a mil for answering 11.5-14...... on his fingers.

My real question.... where do I sign up to do this shit? Is there a maximum I.Q. test you have to fail or something?

If I can solve a calculus problem, I figure that's worth about 25 million :dunno:

keep in mind it is still a show so they will pick people that will make it an entertaining show, plus foreverpsycotic has a point, millions of people watching and a studio audience plus all the big cameras around and hot spot light will make you forget allot of things.

I suppose that's true, you would be under a bit of pressure. But still.

His million dollar question was what is the only prime number that is a factor of 16?

I did have to think about that one for a sec at least, but what happened to Jeopardy and even Who Wants to be a Millionaire?

Although thinking about the target audience I realize most people dont want to watch some genious win money. They want to watch someone as dumb or dumber than they are win loads of cash.

*sidenote, the dude wanted to buy a 35' pontoon with his first 100 grand. :aigo:

that TV show is a direct rip off of a Howard Stern bit that he used to do. I am surprised they have no law suits yet.
