5.0 stang 1jz swap

my next project woould have to be a 2jz in a 95 mustang convertible. I'd buy a v6 model, scrap the engine, and fab in mounts for a 2jz. i love the way the cars look, and just the fact that there would be a JZ convertible car out there would be great.

my take on it, jz motors should stay in toyotas, they dont belong in a domestic pos, if I were to swap a 1j into anything itd be a built single cab prerunner, man think of power to weight ratio, plus the mad off roading you could do esp now that you have a bitch load of power vs. a 22re lol

I was just saying they have a lot of traction. a lot easier to make hook up than an IRS and they dont handle bad either. not amazing but not bad

do a 1J swap in a pinto. weak engine belongs in a weak car. don't ruin an RX7 by taking out the rotary please!
