i hate to be the 1st to tell you that i dissaprove of your fathers actions. in no way shape or form should a father ever show their child that it is ok to blatently put innocents lives in danger and break the law. he didnt even ask if it was ok if he put your life in danger. +1 for the kill, -10 for blatent disregard

i think that a father teaching his son that street racing is ok is dangerous, if you race you race big deal. its your life on the line if you accept the risk.

racing when there is noone on the road is fine with me, but when people start talking about weaving and other dumb things, i show my concern for their health

dude, a father teaching his son?
showing him the ropes?
and winning and looking good while at it?
why not?

isnt this the rite of passage for car racers/driver/enthusiasts?
what happend to putting ur son in ur lap letting him hold the steering wheel as a first-time driving lesson?

if everyone thnks like u,
racing will lose its soul
then everybody is gonna be driving a automatic
and racers will become paddle-shifting bitches
with smaller left legs

if everyone thinks like me, then there would be more people racing at the track, less assholes weaving in and out of traffic and less stories on the news about some dumb fuck crashing into a minivan on 95 killing everyone in the van but walking away.

dont get me wrong, racing is fun as hell to watch and be in. i just believe that there is a time and a place. it should be done at the track, or in a no traffic situation. around here, we have people block off the road behind us and we wait for everyone in front to clear, just to make it more safe.

my parents taught me to drive within the law, and i taught myself to drive outside of it. i dont think that parents should pass on their own bad habbits to their children when it comes around to driving.
