read his post, he talked with his neighbours.

I did read the post...that's why I brought it up. :icon_bigg. Cool display, but on a residential street? I guess I'm just getting old. Keep up the safe driving.

I'd never do that in my neighborhood, but that's not what this thread is about.

Hope you had a safe holiday.

I guess you celebrated your independence from our govt. by breaking the law. :D

Car has full 3" exhaust, 2.5" hard pipes, maft pro w/ ebc, arp main studs, rod bolts and head studs. 2mm titain head gasket, motor was freshly rebuilt 8k ago(3month) , crank is knife edged and lightend a 1.5lbs, the rods have been beam polished and destressed, it's 20 over, the block was replaced due to a crack in the deck,it started buggin me, deck surfaced to a polished, pump is shimed and i have 40psi by 2500 warm, im running an aluminum flywheel with a stock clutch. the roratating assembly has been balenced three times, once for auto, once after knife edging and lightening, and another after a rebuild and 5spd. the head is using n/a cams, i have titain g/b gears not adjusted. 3angle valve grind, and head rebuild.
that run was at 10-12 psi
Haven't dyno'd it yet. should be doing it soon.

Just wondering.. Wasn't the signing of the dec. of independence "breaking" the law aswell?..

we'll here's the video!

edited a post on the first page with video.

as i said, i talked with the neibors, not every one who drives the road, but the 3 that lived on this secction of road,

sadly the grandmother wasn't relayed the info and did get upset; said to stop before she called the cops but she never called, im best friends with her grandson and his dad, who is going to the coast with us camping this monday,

everybody watching also knew i was doing it, and i did well to stay in the middle of the street,

she has run a best 13.5 w/auto, and a 14.0 w/ 2.3 60' 5spd.

thanks for checking out my pic's and vid.

Yea,
Amateurish...
Why would one want to shift into third while performing a burnout? No wonder the car was drifting. :aigo:
Once you can make the car remain still while lighting the tires on fire, then you would have them mastered the skill of performing a burnout. Until then, please take this risky driving to somewhere more safe.....

and shredding them in 4th is just soooo much cooler ;)

but seriously...if you wanted them to explode...i'd do it spinning them as fast as possible.

yeah that was the point, i was also power breaking, hence why i didn't care knate posted a little funny, .. ps on tire change i did notice i needed those so i laughed any ways.

these weren't new tires, infact they were from last year's burn out. tho i could have smoked them fine in second, but when your railin doan the street, it's in the back of your head will she still spin em in third or will my clutch let go?

and for the record, i can hold a burn out in a solid spot, i lite them up, and just shifted to second before being told to stop, or these tires would have been poped for sure.
