look at the post above you. BIC sells a 4" catback exhaust

I know, but as i said, im looking for stainless. looking through his site, he doesn't list a stainless bolton system. just looking for something similar to a Blitz NUR-spec in quality. i doubt i will find one off-the-shelf though, especially anything with v-band connections.

If your not making serious power ( 700+ rwhp) then I would not recommend going 4 in. I haved a 4 in exhaust on my car currently and it is not worth the added expense, noise and lack of ground clearance on cars under that power level. I rarely drive my car on the street anymore because of it.

grr with the 1 sided view.

Will 4 inch net you a gain. YES. The question is where in the powerband did you LOSE power ;)

Everyone always always looks at peak numbers. Peak numbers are WORTHLESS. You need to look at overall under the curve power. 4inch will net you higher peak numbers at the expense of the low end. Unless there is a REASON (Ie GT42 or T88 turbo on up) there should be no need to even consider a 4 inch on your setup. 3 inch with a max of 3.5 inch.

also of note.

4 inch exhaust will be LOUD. Louder than even the Blitz NUR exhaust and that is freaking loud!
