12= The signal from the CPS is incorrect. Does your tach bounce when you crank the engine? A common issue with these cars and their age seems to be the connector comming off it. Especially ones where somebody has been playing with it before you.

25, 31, and 34 could be related. Are you running higher than stock boost levels, with out any tuning or enrichment device? 34 means the airflow meter is sending a stronger signal that it should. 31 means the signal is wrong.

25 means the ECU is in rich command.

And these could also be not related at all.

Is your wastegate shimmed? You could even have a restricted fuel filter. Or maybe need an injection service. But these won't set the 31 and 34. Just the air flow meter will.

Clear your codes, and see what comes back. You had tuning done on a dyno with these mods? You could also just have fuel pressure that is low, giving you your 25. 34 is overboost, measured by the airflow meter.

You could have an intake leak. That will take time to go over all the intercooler piping and manifold.
