as the title suggests i have a 4.3 lsd in my 89 - gte/r154 . Now i look at the tsrm and it shows the oil pressure standards should be between 2.5 kg – 5.kg/cm3 @ 3000RPm
My question is, because now i have a different rpm ratio than stock, and now that my rpm per km is higher, do i apply the same standards as what she should be reading at 3000 rpms vs what it does on my setup?
because i know 3000 rpm = 100km/h for me, and i am told that 100km/h for a standard car is around 23 or 2500 rpm (5th gear of course)?
so if a normal car is doing 2500 rpm @ 1000km/h and has an oil pressure reading of let’s say 3 kg/cm 3 what should my car be reading at 100 km/h @ 3000 rpm assuming my oil levels are exactly the same as the normal car?
is also know, no two cars will give exact same readings, but a nice approximation is fine, all i am looking for is a reference point just as the tsrm gives for the normal set up , for my 4.3 set up.
thanks.
