Ok so the latest I have been hearing is you can get 350hp with lexus afm, fuel pressure regulator, intercooler, yada yada, with stock ecu and stock ct26. You run 14 psi through the turbo and up your fuel pressure 10 static lbs everything runs right and reliable......anyone heard this before or have any thoughts on this would it work, maybe, or I'm just plain out hearing junk.

don't know about that combo, but the stock ct is capable of it. my car did 320rwhp, just need a new clutch and a shimmed wastegate actuator to up the boost.

I don't know about 14 lbs + stock CT26 = reliable. I've heard of too many CT26s having bad things happen at those boost levels.

For sure though, make sure that you have a very good blowoff or bypass valve, because any compressor surge at all is going to shorten the life of that turbo considerably.

It might have been included with the "yada yada", but just wanted to make sure. Add fuel pump and 550cc injectors. Also is a good idea to get a wideband to see where you're running at and probably something to make some fuel adjustments with (SAFC or equivelant)

350whp? or BHP?

Cause i personally don't see much more then 300WHP on a stock CT-26 and i wouldn't push the stock turbo more then 12psi to 13psi

its possible to hit 350hp im near it just need to be dyno tuned.ive got high comp pistons,na cams, divorced down pipe, large front mount intercooler,560cc injectors and the lexus maf,2.5 inch intercooler piping,my boost runs between 12-15lbs on the stock wastegate no aftermarket boost controller or shims.Ive also got safc ready too install.

That's how your making the extra power.

But other then that i have the same mods as you (not ddp or n/a cams) I've never been on a dyno but i would say AT MOST i'm at 280whp @ 12psi

NA cams don't add power. Honestly, if anything, they lower power as it chokes the top end where the turbo kicks in. Why do you think Toyota changed the cam (only intake) in the first place?

While it's possible to do, you're on the ragged edge of the stock CT wheel just blowing hot air. 57trim upgrade would make that much power without breaking a sweat.

like I said, my car did 320rwhp with room for more once the issues are sorted. that was at 14-15psi which tapers down to 9.5 at redline.

Probably with the support stuff that you NEED to get there without blowing something up, the cheapest and most reliable way to get to 350 WHP with the stock CT26 is to send it out for a 57 trim upgrade.

many people have run stock CTs at 12-15 psi all day long. they are so cheap, it's almost a maintenance item if they die :)

but I agree with the other posters, upgraded to at least a 57 trim would make getting 350rwhp simpler

Toyota aren't making CT26's anymore...the supply will run out someday...
