V6 NA is not really that great. The turbo models are nicer but still.

Think about it this way, if someone offers you a trade it is because they think they will benefit from the trade, which means that they already think the Supra is better than the Z.

300ZX (Z32) are a bitch to work on.... Take a look under the hood.
There is alot of problems with those cars, just like the supra. The supra is just so much easy to work on.

^^Exactly right^^ Fking nightmare anytime you have to do anything that involves anything engine related...

That said, they are an OK-looking car... But the only way i would EVER drive one was if it was turbo... the na has no balls at all...

I owned 2 300zx TT (z32 90-96) and the biggest knock is that it is intimidating to work on the motor but it is relatively easy the more you get into it. The biggest problem I had with it was that you had they become expensive to mod based on buying double for alot of parts.

They will always be one of my favorite looking cars and I do give the interior higher marks then the Supra but all in all it seems the supra is an easier more cost effective road to mod and an I6 turbo car is pretty solid in powerplant and there are plenty of options out there as far as motor swaps and things like that. The nissan is pretty much forward into the v6 land.

You can put the RB series or SR engines in them but its quite a bit of work.

Like everything its a matter of preference.

yeah, to work on them, the manual reads like this:

1) Disconnect Battery
2) Remove Engine

It's a very tight fit, not to mention what others have said about modding them. You need 2 of damn near everything, so it gets expensive fast...

Once modded, they're nice, and I do like the styling... but a supra mod for mod will kicks it's ass for bang for the buck...even a MKIV...
