Hi,
I'm putting a 3 piece spoiler on my 88. I am almost done and came to a snag. On the quarter panel side pieces how does the two "pointed" piece attach to the plastic pieces. I first thought I would need to file a rectangle out for the black piece that would snap in. And then I would place the white circular piece inside of the black recess and snap the spoiler piece in. This way, water wouldnt be able to get in to the car. But now I have doubts where maybe I just put the white piece in the hole in the quarter panel, and put the black piece in from the bottom underneath the quarter. Any knowledge you could throw my way "or pictures" would be greatly appreciated. It's amazing after an hour I couldn't find close up pictures of a quarter panel with holes for the spoiler.
Tia,

Just put the black rubber piece in and then the white piece, it'll snap in..

The two blue pieces will hold down the wing enough so it doesn't fly off, I should know I installed mine myself and it withstands the 200mph dryer-wind from the carwash..!

Ok. So just to make sure. Put the black oblong shaped boot in first, then put the white plastic piece that is round into the boot. Then push the spoiler in. I just find it odd that I have to squeeze this white circular piece into the oblong boot.
thanks,
