Where do you fill the transmission at, then how do you check to see its full?

Second question is, where does this connected go? It's the grey plug. Has 2 connections, comes off the transmission harness. Sits above starter.

Yes you can do that. It's 3.2 qts.

Can also use one of those hand pumps at auto parts store to fill through the full plug. Which is by far easier and faster. It's just 1 bolt to remove to fill.

I have always filled through the shifter hole, just because I do not have one of those pumps.

Your second question it should be the back up light switch i believe, but don't take my word for it. There should be a plug for it on the engine harness right in that area.
EDIT: I looked around a little, it could also be the speed sensor. I don't remember right off hand which one is which.

if your filling through the fill plug make sure to have the car level. This will give you an accurate reading of when its full(It will start to spill out)
