just got my injectors cleaned and flowed, 589cc at 100%
hopefully these should help me get to my 450 to the wheels goal

I have very similar mods but tuning with afc neo on blitz ecu with aristo 440's and made 450 hp at the wheels.

Wow,:aigo: and I was worried about running 100% duty cycle when I made 429 at the rear. But I guess you can run these 440's at 100+% duty.:naughty:

Anyway I think with standalone and the rest of those mods you will easily put down high 400s.

thanks fellas, gotta find some time to throw the injectors in there and im gonna be blockin off my iacv to tune out the funky cold idle. ive read some people on here with the stinger blockin it off than backin off the idle screw and tuning it to idle, gonna give it a try

hopefully, ill set the fpr to stock(36psi without the vac line??) and trim down the injectors in the stinger and itll be ready to go

as soon as this turbo goes, i think im gonna get one from driftmotion

~42-45 with the vac line off is stock. You dont need to push the injectors hard for 450 so keep it there.

wootwoot!! got the car running with the injectors and afpr
trimmed it 15% and played with the starting cells alil bit, but gotta go back and button stuff up......hopefully, ill make the hour drive next week

what is the math for trimming the injectors btw??

since they are 550s to get to 450 rwhp the injectors wont be at 100%

It is hard to say how much injectors can support because of all the variables.Essentially some people have run the 550cc injectors to 550whp but this is at 50+ psi base fuel pressure, race gas and running lean in the upper rpms. I would think that 450whp would be a good safe limit.

Just for reference I have MK4 550cc injectors at 50psi base fuel pressure and they are at 80% duty cycle with a 14gph meth injection nozzle running 510whp.
