Just wondering what single turbo manifolds/ headers fit in the mk3 chassis, and dont put the turbo into the stru t tower and wastegate placement. Please post your findings on what hits and what fits. I heard that the SP manifold fits.....

i've always used the XSpower manifolds. they fit fine. i got a big'ol GT45 in there but i have to have it clocked pointing into the hood to get the intercooler pipes to work.

if you use a T3 turbo, you obviously have to use an adapter plate to convert it to a T4, in which case ends up raising the turbo too much, resulting in some hood modifications to close it.

I believe that Drewgo's manifold fits perfectly. Why not build your own, making it a full twin scroll manifold using a twin scroll turbo to get a bit quicker spool?

drewgo fits perfect.

The dp is a little tight to run down, if bigger then a 3" might run into a little bit of problems (going around the top mount wastegate, then past the waterhose for the heater valve). Itll probably fit (at least 3.5") with a few bends to snake it through.

ooo drewgo fits nice :):)

i use a turbonetics cast and it gives me a ton of room, the only problem is it faces the turbo directly forward and kind of into the waterneck (you can kind of tell from tissimos pic) i couldnt get an ebay manifold to fit

i had no problems fabbing up a 4'' dp on my mk3 with the drewgo manifold. it even pulls out from the top for easy removal. drewgo mani ftw

i have a drewgo manifold and it works great, i love this manifold but it doesn't clear the strut tower with my pt70 turbo that has a .75 a/r compressor housing

WTF is going on there? Crush bent charge pipe? Stretched on foam filter on the turbo? Weird clocking angle? NA fan and stock radiator with no shroud for a 70mm 2j? Come on man! Turbo feed and drain wrapped in duct tape?

He was asking about single manifolds for the 2jz not the 1jz. The 1jz manifolds seem to be quite diffrent with there turbo orientation. Those intercoller pipes

I have some SS autochrome in my car, it needed a lot of work to fit the way I wanted it. I have lots of room with it and run a full 4" down pipe with no problems.

i know the virtual works exhaust manifold fits great, just making sure you have the 2jz lower water neck, if you use the 1jz one, it won't clear, and also the manifold only clears with solid motor mounts that is around 2.5-3" thick i believe

yea i know but just trying to help give him an idea that the drewgo manifold may not fit with a bigger turbo. plus its a old pic that i took when i was testing everything out so get over it.

I guess we can include 1jz manifolds here to, I have tried this "ebay manifold" and it doesnt fit well in the mk3 Supra, the wastegate runners hit the frame and it needs to be heated up and flattened to even bolt it onto the car:
