The S2k needs a lot of upkeep... they change their trans fluid just as much as they do their oil (almost)... my brother has one and I like to drive it, but always liked my Supra more. The only thing I enjoy about the S2k is having VTECH kick in and being able to hit 9 grand (the 2.0 will hit it, but the 2.2 won't) I don't like the idea of it being a Honda... thats my input, and as far as the swap goes, I think that car needs Toyota's help. Oh and the other thing, they definetely didn't know what the fuck they were doing with that RX-7.... plain and simple.
EDIT! Toyota gave it some straight line help, that thing probably won't ever handle the same way it did coming out of the factory... on that aspect, its not that great... I believe that the people behind this swap are just like the people putting big screen TV's into small trunks, they are just good fabricators, not really good tuners... its almost the same as putting say a 350 or even a 502 into a geo metro... of course its going to haul ass, but is it really all that practical? On that note.. I really don't like the idea behind all of it. Keep the stock engine in that type of car, when you buy one of those your pretty much paying the equivalent to the down payment of a house, it should already out perform most modern vehicles.
