Wideband is getting installed but actually the thing is running really rich not lean. Pulled the plugs and just stunk like gas so I'm going to get it retuned once I get the new tps plug installed.

Yes but your running 850cc Injectors with likely a 550cc injector chip with the Vpc.
For example a 550cc Injector would want say 4ms pulse width at idle. The 850 will only want 2ms. And same goes for entire range of rpm.
