Can anyone post what the propper specs are suppossed to be for 2JZ-GTE cams that have been machined down to fit the 1JZ are? Thank you.

Thank you Zavs. I want to make sure they are correctly machined before I put them in the Supra. The guy I bought them from is known to have messed up the machining before on a few sets (sad to say a forum member).

I don't know bro. I've seen several sets of 2J cams that were miss machined. I'd rather get the propper specs and machine the cams now then when my head is off.

I may have gotten lucky and have gotten a propperly machined set, but better safe than sorry. Once I have the specs I'll take the cams to a machinist friend and have them inspected and mic'd. Whatever it takes, I want these cams in my motor.
