2JZ-GE Stutter?

I'm getting a weird stutter sound during accel and decel to/from high rpms. It's coming from the area of the dbb turbo, but when I removed intake pipe to check turbo, it spun fine and was tight with no shaft play or scraping of any kind!:

kinda sounds like an exhuast leak from a cracked manifold or downpipe.
