Okay, so I remember specifically getting the "under cut" ones for a previous 2JZ build.
Picked up an Aristo engine set earlier this week and am now taking it apart to replace rings, bearings, etc.
Getting ready to order another set of ARP head studs. Thing is, the only ones I am finding are the Part #203-4205, which do not appear to be the undercut ones I've previously used.
Engine has ~70K miles on it now, will be singled and probably never see 500 HP, and used daily.
What is the difference between these and the undercuts and will it make any difference for our application? As I remember, the price difference between the 2 different sets is only about $15, so that's not an issue.
