2j Swap question

i would like to start by saying that i have extensively used the search button, and have not found adequate answers to these questions..
first, without including the cost of an actual 2jz, how much should i expect to spend on needed parts, and having the wiring done?
what does "modifying the firewall" entail if i intend to keep the twin setup?
my car is a 90, what modifying of the crossmember is needed, and do i need mid or rear sump?
and last is it possible to put a 6 speed getrag tranny directly in without lots of modifying and custom fab work

-without the engine.. 2-3k
-you need to pound in the firewall a small ammount
-Nothing needs to be modified on a 90 crossmember, Mid/rear sump is the same thing (some call it mid, some call it rear)
