240sx with ct26

Me and friend put a ct26 on his 240sx. It runs really well, it hits boost at 3,200. what do you guys think?

Looks good, but I'd probably make a heat shield for that brake master cylinder.

We just got it running, so it hasn't been on a dyno. It is a budget build, we only spent around 350 after is was all said and done. My friend bot a manifold for a bottom mount sr20 turbo and we flipped the manifold up side down (Ya it fits on the head both ways, it surprised us). We made a flange for the ct26 and welded it on. The oil lines, coolant lines and intercooler piping are all custom. We did every thing our selfs to keep the cost down. The car pulls pretty hard, so it seems like it has good TQ. We're only running 5 psi to be safe until we get some thing to tune with. They say the stock fuel management on 240sx can handle 7psi. Thanks for the comments guys

Is it just me or do they always look crooked and twisted like the cars hit something to anyone else?

thats cool, they are so easy to find and cheap. its good for budget turbo kit. ive helped quite a few friends slap junkyard dsm turbos on hondas. i would like to see a dyno of that 240 though.

We traced the flange on a flat steal plate then cut it out with a cutting torch and then drilled the bolt holes out. It not hard when you have the tools to do it. I don't intend on making any more. sorry
