Yes, thats true.

But then it would bring you to the point, that it would have been much easier for Toyota, to import the US Spec version.

But they did it otherwise:

- early modell rear lights
- no rear fog lights
- small license plate spot (but NOT identical to the US one! The US facelift lights won`t fit without trimming)
- Targa and Non-Targa versions (never had that option in Germany)
- beige leather interieur (never had that option in Germany too)
and so on and so on....

Never understood why Toyota did it that way.

All euro spec mk3s have rear fog lights...guess too much fog over Europe :biglaugh:

What rear lower bumper is that? I WTB it now!
