Sweet what's the eta on flywheels and r154 adapters? I'd rather not run a v160 adapter with a 1j bellhousing (waste of money) until these recent threads came up I was about to make one.

Very soon, on the R154 adaptors, It took about 3 days to perfect the W adaptor, The R154 adaptor is next on the the list. and the flywheel is next after the R154. Im thinking about 2-3 weeks to be conservitive for both.

Wow Great Job. I would be afraid of blowing up a w-58 on a 1UZ, or does it hold up pretty well? R-154 FTW!

I trust the W58 over the R154 by a long shot, the R154 might be rated higher and be put on the slightly more powerfull car but the R154 has fatel flaws in its design witch makes it fail prematurally, along with that it costs 14times as much to replace, $50 vs $700 Ive yet to blow up a W on my 450ish hp 7m and now a year with a 1uz, but the 1uz is stock for the moment but a supercharger is in the works.

Chris (CJsupra90) has a design for pre 89 mounts, i need to get the drawings from him so i can cut them out for him, its his design so still his product but ill be packageing up kits with his mounts my adaptors and flywheels Ill get on him again about that becouse the mounts could be a day or so away from being made.

well if your starting with an NA mkiv theres really no reason you would have to change to the V160 unless your looking for insane power, the W58 is fine for a 1uz with even boltons and even some boost.

I'm a bit slow this afternoon... does this adaptor use a M series bellhousing or a JZ series bellhousing?

Realistically, M bellhousings are cheap... people all but give them away. Cheapest a JZ bellhousing I've seen is $350USD

neither give your M bellhousing away you wont need it

you use the 1uz bellhousing, the plate goes between the bellhousing and the trans

When i asked for a price, i was asking about the R154 plate.
sorry i didn't include that

I dont quite know yet, but im hopeing for around the $350 range, and the R154 plate will work the same way as the W58 plate, uses the 1uz bellhousing,
