yo just wanted to post something so i dont get deleted. finally ready to get my mk3 project started. think im gonna start by searching how to remove my egr system...:biglaugh:

good question, im probably just looking to bypass it actually since in live in ca and im due for smog this fall... :rant2:
i kinda like the look of the engine bay without it and because the japanese mk3s dont have em i figured it wasnt neccessary but after checking up on it i may leave it in there seeing as it seems to cool the cylinders and my egt. i just dont really like the idea of recirculating dirty, spent exhaust gas through the intake system and taking up space that could be used for my intake charge so maybe i'll just go for the block-off plates for now...

Naughty list isn't so bad, in fact you get extra points with the administrators for that. It's the moronic list and Hall of Shame that you need to avoid............:biglaugh:
