I looked in the TSRM and it just shows how to break it down, I searched and found nothing as well.

In the TSRM picture it showed timing is set to 0 stock is this true?

10 degress BTD , but you can't really set it on the fly. its controlled by the ECU with feedback from Crank and Cam sensors

Basically you will set the timing at TDC when assembling the engine/replacing timing belt etc and the computer will take it from there.

Exactly what he said you set it to the "0°" mark on the timing cover.

The ECU fires at 10° BTDC so to check your work with a timing light when engine is running you jumper the pins in the service connector to lock the ECU into service mode.
