Well I think I figured out the issue. I went back to the simplest thing possible. I checked the grounds and sanded down the intake a bit and reinstalled the harness grounds. I had my girlfriend turn over the engine and I can hear the injectors open and close with a stethoscope. I can also feel the ball open and close. So it looks like my injectors work now!
