1jz valve cover gaskets

i just bought the 2jz gaskets for my 1jz.. when i got them they came with the gaskets and some other little rubber pieces that looks like they pop into something.. can someone tell me what they are??

A pictures worth a thousand words, get one of them that'll help verify. Sounds almost like your talking about the valve stem seals though although they aren't rubber.

yea guess that could help eh?? LOL sorry they are at my shop and I m at home... they are rubber it seems and about 4 inch's long with little nipples on the end that look like they poke into something to hold on..I m pretty sure these are the right valve covers i will take a picture of them also so someone could let me know LOL. i just paid 100(canadaian) from napa for them:S but will take pictures after work and post

there probally the lil gromets that go on the valve cover ...but a pic would help i work at toyota so i can let u kno asap

My 1j used the gromets and fit perfectly. Do you have a non supra 1j?

no its a supra 1jz 92 rhd supra... I m sure i will figure it out when i take them apart but i will still post pics when i take them better safe then sorry lol
