1JZ twin turbo Little circular "O" gasket

Hello guys

Would anyone know what is the outside diameter and inside diameter of the 2 Circular gaskets that go betweeen the cast iron twin manifold to turbos cheers

These were installed though, pre-installed might be a little different.
