They are tiny. CT20s or 12s, I can't remember offhand.

If you're looking to bolt them to your Fox, forget it - you'd need 4 of them to get anywhere, lol.

You can, however, bolt twin CT26s (what came on the 7M stock) and that would motivate your Fox in a hurry.

Some have made 400whp+ on stock the twins..the problem with the twins are they are old and prone to failure...I would have stayed with the twins if i knew they could handle 18-20 psi reliable...I think the hot a/r on the twin is .56..im not sure though...

AHH dang
i thought that the ct26 was what was on the 1jz twin not the 7m single
i know the twin setup on the 1jz runs about 100$
what does the ct26 run usually?

if they made the ct26 first, why wouldnt they run dual on the 2j/1j
IMO it would be better, parts more universal etc....
ford 1966 starter is same as my 1990 starter :p

The 1j is a 2.5 and the 7m is a 3 liter...the 1j would have had trouble motivating twinn ct26 for streetablity. Run 2 57 trim ct26 tubos the run like 700 a pop

700 per turbo?

Wouldnt i be better off just running one 66mm turbo? be a lot cheaper that way
Im sure the two 57mm could put out more and get me more power off the line and stay consistent...

only thing i dont like about supras or really any turbo car that isnt done NICE is the look on that dyno sheet when they only have 250hp until 400rpm and then it goes to 600hp at 6k

I just wanna know what i need to do/get to be able to get more than all motor from 1000-3000rpm

If i run twins, can i have one always run, and the other kick in at 2800?
how would something like that with lets say a 57mm and then the 66mm running on a compound setup?

well it depends on what you want, a single or twin setp, either setup can give you that low end you want just depends on you setup. since you want that low end power you could get a smaller single turbo with a smaller a/r but your topend won't be as good or you could run two small turbos. just remember smaller turbos don't give as much topend as a larger one. as for your setup using a smaller turbo to spool the bigger turbo is possible, i've seen it done a couple of times. its just you have to use smaller turbos for the low end since you want the bigger turbo to be at fully spooled around 3k

sounds like a damn good plan
something like a small 50mm for low end to power something like a 67mm

only if you have the driftmotion kit to make the ct26 bolt up to the 1jz or have a custom manifold

sounds like that would be the way to go with a supra
bigger stock turbos

is there anyway you can change the timing of when the turbos kick in on the stock 1j?

what programs when the turbos will kick it in sequential order

yes there is ways to make the turbos spool faster but you need either a piggyback that controls timming or a ems. timming helps spool the turbo later or earlier.
