I have some knowlegde of the 1jz from a tv show I saw one time where they were drifting. The only way the 1jz swap can be done is if you go to Japan and pay for your clip in cash and ride back with it on the boat. Bring back any parts you may need from Japan because 1jz parts are impossible to get in the US. The 1jz engine will only work if you have negative offset wheels with stretched tires. You also will not have enough room for an oil cooler, so it must be installed on outside of the front bumper. The 1jz only runs on leaded fuel. The 1jz has very little torque, but you can buy extra torque in Japan and bring it back with you. The 1jz hydrofan hose will work as air conditioning hose or a fuel line, and I have proof. Throw the hydrofan away and buy a electric fan, because the 1jz actually makes more power when it is overheating slightly all the time. The electric fan is magical and takes no power to run, while the hydrofan will suck almost 100 horsepower and make your car slow because it will be too cold.

That is most of the best tips I have.

OMG! Aaron, you are a card. I love the part about buying extra torque in Japan. That is classic.:yelrotflm
