are you doing the labor, or paying someone to do it? I can see where it would get expensive to have someone else do it. I probably spent 50+ hours on it easily

I had to replace the caps in the ECU, only a few bucks in parts, plus, I had to get another TPS, mine was 'backwards' it was at 5V at rest instead of 0V. after those two, things run great. I have blown a few hose couplings off the pipes though, so I had to retorque them down. I am running about 12 pounds of boost and it screams. Lots of fun. Also, I had to re-gear my speedometer. I was able to get the gear out of my old transmission and use it, so now my speedometer and odometer are correct again. If you are doing a swap, do that before you put the transmission in. It was kind of a pain to swap out with the transmission in the car already.

$3800?! Damn. Wish mine was that cheap. I've already passed $5k, & I haven't even installed my motor, yet.
I was able to use many parts off my 7M, so that kept costs down. Also, before you get the engine in, make sure your AC lines fit, you will have to grind down the power steering bracket quite a bit to clear the AC fittings and bolts.
