Okay so i own a 1988 Supra turbo with the 7mgte. Im going to be doing a 1jz swap this spring i have a few queston to ask .Im welcome to all help im new here obv but id apreciate some strait help and not be told to post this somewhere else or something . Thankss guyz

1.Would a front clip be easier or should i get just the engine/with or without tranny.
2.Since my car is a "88"do i need any specific things like i heard something about a crossmember?Is there any after market for this?
3.A complete list of parts needed for the swap beside the 1jz engine/clip would be the most usefull.
4.Wireing,oh no this is where its gonna kill me unless someone can point me to a very great guide useing color code or some tutorial.My father is a mechanic and could do the wireing .Would we need to order anything specific for this wireing job,clips ect....Should i just send the harness out to one of the tuner companys to wire it.They want to charge 4-to 500$ i know its ridiculous.but i want it done correctly and everything to work electronically.
