Is your ECU trying to add or pull fuel? Is there a way to see what Vf is doing? As Foogoo mentioned, I'd get a pinout and begin Ohm'ing out everything.
Check the cam sensors and crank sensors also. I had one tooth off between the cam and crank and it missed badly under load so it is possible yours is maybe a timing issue. The polarity on the cps plugs might be off too.
I have three 1JZ ECUs in my possession which made my vehicle run with symptoms as you describe. It is an accepted type fault, that is to say 100% of ECUs are affected.
It appears that you have tried everything else reasonable, getting an ECU recapped might be a good way to fully eliminate that as a cause. Good luck
