Ok, I guess that is a very good excuse to drive it. I wish I had more pics of my high school days.

As for the ECUs failing, all of the ones I've seen also had broken solder joints on some of the grounds. I think what's happening, is a few bad solders are breaking loose after years of vibration, and causing some of the components to fail. Not just capacitors, but injector drivers too.

I haven't seen that happen myself, but I do look for cold solder joints and anything out of the ordinary.

i go to community college part time :icon_bigg and my dad saved the supra for me since i was 13. he used to drive the car until he passed it down to me. the thing that sucks is a LARGE scratch mark on the passenger side. :nono: its so deep you can see the primer. its basically from the handle to the passenger side mirror :icon_mad:
