hey all, got my baby running. mods are as follows:
90 na supra
1jz swap
turbo lsd
turbo driveshaft
os giken twin disc
255 walbro
new oem fuel filter
gt40
ebay intercooler
3inch piping
tial 44mm wg
hks bov
aem ebc
aem uego
stock ecu and injectors

i have mkiv 550cc that arent installed yet and will probably be using a safc to control them. the car is idling and revving smooth, runs good too. boost is set at 10lbs. the car dynoed as is and made 230hp. im not able to boost much more without hitting boost cut. just wanna make sure everything is shipshape. hks fcd is gonna be the very next thing going in. any comments and suggestions are appreciated. thanks.

Did you break your clutch in? I think 500 miles is suggested.
10 psi seems low to hit boost cut. Don't use the FCD..........I know you will anyways, but I had to say it. Good luck.

my vacuum reads 19psi, i think it is supposed to be 21psi? there was a loud hissing noise at rear of motor. i was looking around and found a vacuum connection at the passenger side of motor that didnt have a hose on it. where does this go? tried searching but didnt find the diagrams, link anyone? also the idle up valve for the ps is missing a hose. im trying to button things up after getting the car back from the shop. thanks.

it is a bit low for a single pwrd 1j... i had mine dynod w/ the stock twins before i went single and i made 257hp w/ 298lbs of torque boosting only 12-13psi and that's with a stock exhaust too.. not too sure why you only did 230 :icon_conf

well, i dont even get to 10lbs, maybe 9.6lbs. definately a boost leak. does the vacuum line in the rear of my head on the pass side go to the charcoal canister? i noticed they took out my cc.

also, can anyone tell me where the b3 body plug plugs up? i got my pps wires in there and cant find where to plug it up. i have a 90n/a supra. could i wire these straight to the pps computer or something. thanks fellas

i went to check the hose clamps etc. they werent all the way tight. i cranked them down pretty good. some of the turbo manifold bolts werent tight either. found one ground wire not hooked up. unplugged my tps to see if my cel would come on and nothing. could someone tell me the pin on the ecu its supposed to be at so i could check? and i dont think i have pps. still cant figure out what to do with that hissing vacuum hose, route it back to the manifold?

that hose is connected to the heater valve, where does the other end hookup?

i think this went to the charcoal canister, what do i do with it now, no cc.

the second one was for the stock bov i believe, you should block that off if its hissing, thats quite a vacuum leak

thanks guys! what do i do with the one from the gas tank? right now its blocked off. what about the one from the stock bov? when i put my finger on it, the motor dies. ill try again in the morning though. hopefully its causing the boost leak.

when i have my key to the on position, my cel does come on. shouldnt it come on if i pulled the tps?
does anyone have an aem ebc w/gauge? mine is dimmer than the aem uego. thought they would light up the same.

sup aaron, bought some parts from ya six months ago. probably everyone has, anyways, gonna be needing some more.
i would of kept the stock twins if they werent prone to failing. im still buttoning up a lot of stuff, guess i should of just done everything myself.
