OK guys here is my situation-
I have a 1jz swapped into a Conquest - The 1jz is out of a Chaser with Chaser ecu- it came with the engine harness - It is typical for the ecu to be missing 2 ecu plugs- no problem I got those - I dont have the relay but I have the ecu hooked up as follows
batt 12v
IGNSW swithed 12v
+batt switched 12v
+batt1 switched 12v....this should bypass the main relay issue right?
I have found that the igniter/coils and injectors power is on another plug (big black with orange strip) I have these also to a switched 12v
What else am I missing as the car still wont start?
I have read that there is another small black/orange wire that needs 12v but I dont have this wire on any of the plugs-
this is what is left on the plug
2 small black with white strip
1 big tan or brown
1 small green
1 small violet
1 small white
1 small black
1 small blue with pink strip
1 black with pinkish red

Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks

UPDATE-
SHE FIRED UP!!!!!!!
i had to supply the black/red strip(going to the iacv) with 12v and boom- fired right up --
only weird thing is that I didnt have the IGNSW wire hooked up as I was only testing something -lol
I wonder if hooking 12v directly to +batt and +batt1 bypasses the IGNSW?
I still have to find the o2 hot wire lead.

I would have had the same problem if I did not catch it.
If you swap a JZA70 1JZGTE (99% manual transmission) into the MA70 that had an automatic in it you must bridge the harness together in the little jumper harness between the 1JZGTE efi connectors and MA70 body connectors because the EFI system in automatics is seperated by a NSW built into the automatic park selector switch it splits the EFI system from getting power unless the auto was in park.
