Congrats man.

One question though: What rear diff gear you got there? 3.72..... ?
I am asking cause I got a 72mm (.70 A/R, DBB, twin-scroll) turbo on my 2jz (HKS 264 cams) with a 3.72 rear and it feels quite laggy
and quite lazy during pulls. I boost only 15 psi though..... and I think upping the boost a little (like 22-23 psi) will wake up!
Give me your thought on that...

It's currently got a 3.73. The videos were with a NA 4.30 LSD. I does make the car fun, but it also makes it seem like you have a 6 speed. That is to say, it feels like your shifting ALL the time. But as for your scenario....turn the boost up! 15psi isn't even into the efficiency island of that turbo. 20+psi should feel quite nice.
