Long shot. Plug the vaccum line to the booster, I've seen masters fail and leak internally and rot a hole in the diaphram. Bov is pre throttle body so it shouldn't affect idle, unless the diaphram cracked and its leakin there? Does the throttle body snap closed when you open it? It might need another return spring. And check the tps calibration. I'm not a fan of the ohm setup at the t/b, I like to back pin the ecu and watch for 5v/0v for idle verification.
