1jz how hard is it???

Now in the U.S.
droppin a 1jz in ur car practicly easy meaning with boltin it up and plugin all the sensors in??? because im bout to drop it in my car in a few days still gota get sum parts for my powersteeing pump and a/c compressor.......

If you have an 89 you will need 2jz ac lines, throttle cable, its not a bolt in kit. You will have to extend the wiring harness, and if you don't have an 89 do a some more modifying.

hahaha yea sorry about that i was just in a rush to post it because i had to go somewhere with my mom and i helped my friend do his gt4 swap and it was a pain in the ass.....

well i have a 87 supra and i know i have to get these custom motor mounts from bicperformance.com. so what else will i have to modify??? and i knw i have to extend sum wires i was wondering which one also??

Get a clip, it will make it worth it you won't need mm, if you even decide to do this.

well i already bought the engine and the bellhousing from toyota.. i've been doing some research for quite some time and i've gotten all the nessesary parts i need im just wondering if theres anything else i'll have to worry bout when im dropping the engine in...

^You will need a bellhousing that will will mate up the the JZ engine...they are available. They pop up on E-bay from time to time...just keep an eye out.

I may have missed something. Did you buy a new 1jz from toyota? Is that possible? If so, how much did you pay for it? I didn't think that Toyota sold a 1jz in the states.........................:dunno:
