1JZ having issues staying started

okay so the supra will start up but wont stay running, the only code that will come up is a code saying its running lean. it has been to numerous "recommended"mechanics and no luck with a solution. So i was hoping for some supra specific help. if anyone has any ideas what it could be please let me know. we are pretty positive its a fuel issue but we dont know what the problem is to even begin looking for a solution. ALL help is appreciated. thanks. we want this swap finished!!

Check your fuel pressure or at least to make sure you are getting fuel to the injectors? Will it stay running if you keep your feet on the throttle?

Not really. Can drive it very slowly but any attempt to rev it it dies

oh, so it does run and stay on it's just when you throttle it? or does it not matter and it dies out eventually? When it does run, does it sound healthy like its firing on all 6?

Kinds both. Will eventually die. Yeah running on all 6

Check your ECU for blown capacitors

ecu has been sent in and was fixed. so it shouldn't be that. looked around and people are saying something about a fuel ecu relay? could that be an issue? even with a fixed ecu? also something about our fuel pump not priming?

Did you do your harness yourself? Is the fuel pump hotwired? Have you tried jumping Fp to B+ on the diagnostic box in the bay and then starting it?

If you create a vaccume leak bye unplugginh a hose will it stay running?
