All the stock gauge is good for is telling you that you warmed your engine up when its cold on initial startup, and when your overheating.

Oh I see.... Well I only have room in my wallet and Pillar Pod for two gauges...
Boost and Water Temp... Or Boost and Oil Temp.... Which is more useful??

1jz's run hot oil temps, but only way to fix that is a oil cooler. I run on my pillar pod Boost and Water temp.

I'd go with boost and water temp. Like mentioned before, the stock water temp gauge is not the most informing gauge from the factory. Another gauge you might want to look into, is an exhaust temp gauge which is good for tuning and telling you how your motor is running (lean/hot, rich/cool).
