I wanted to know if I could take the hydro-fan plug and it's corresponding wires out of the harness.

Or do some of the wires split off to something important?

I just wanted to know before I cut into the harness.

I'm going to be using an E-fan set up.

Don't need to. As far as the length of the Hydro fan wires go, there are only two of them that actually go to the sensor on the radiator. Don't mess with anything. You can leave em taped up.
There is another plug that goes to the solenoid. I suggest you leave these wires as is. Won't make any difference in your harness thickness and they don't look bad hanging out unplugged ( kinda hidden locations).
You canmess things up if you accidentally pull the wrong wire.

Alright one more thing I'm confused about on the diagram's on 92supra6.

plug IH1 wants me to connect pin 11 to pin B1-13 (A/C amplifier)

and plug IH2 also wants me to connect pin 18 to pin B1-13 (II1 #13 A/C amp)

Any thoughts?

Use IH1 Pin 11, that is the A/C amp to ECU connection.

IH2 Pin 18 is the tach feed for the A/C amp on the JZA70. The MA70 A/C amp doesn't have a tach wire. The IH2 diagram is in error.
