What tissmo said. Be sure you connect the right coil to it though. The COR has two, one that connects to the starting circuit and the other that connects to fuel control.
yea. you're right, it gets power form main relay, its a ground switch. Not sure how the soarer ecu works..supra_mk3 said:
what do you mean a noise from the engine room? I dont think the code 12 and the open circut is related, it just powers the fuel pump on the mkiii. You could just keep it grounded, but the fuel pump will be on anytime the key is on.
it goes to the ecu.. its a ground switch to turn on the fuel pump when the engine is running. Not sure what its equivilant in your ecu.. Either D1 or FPC I would assume, I cant tell which unless you have a Diagram for your harness.
